We have tried to ensure that information provided in the Website is accurate. However, we make no representation and give no warranty of any kind in respect of the information.

We do not accept liability for any loss (direct, indirect or consequential) which may arise from reliance on information contained in the Website or in respect of any error or omission, except in relation to death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

The description and specification of products in the Website is only approximate and we reserve the right to make changes which do not materially affect the quality or performance of those products.

5. Ordering

You may order products from the Website by submitting a completed order form through the check out procedure.

We will confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail to the address you have given and the sending of this e-mail (whether or not it is received) makes the contract between us.

6. Price and Payment

The price of the products will be the price quoted in the Website at the time we accept your order. The price will include any applicable value added tax, but not the cost of delivery.

In addition to the price, you will have to pay our delivery charges as quoted in the Website at the time we accept your order - unless you qualify for free delivery. The amount of these charges varies according to the country of the delivery address you specify in your order.

Payment is made by credit card at the time we accept your order. (The credit cards we accept are listed in the Website at the time you place your order). Refunds will generally be made by means of a credit to your credit card.

7. Delivery

We will arrange for delivery of the products you order by the method and to the address which you specify in the check out procedure. However, the time for delivery will not be essential to the contract between us.

If you do not take delivery of the products or supply adequate delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and retain the products. In this event, we will refund you the price of the products, but you will still be liable to pay any delivery charges.

If there is an error or any other delivery problem in respect of the products ordered, you must notify us in writing within 14 days after the delivery date. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.

Return Items

Neil Hartley Menswear will  gladly refund or exchange any item purchased on the  Neil Hartley Menswear  website (www.neilhartleymenswear.co.uk). We will not charge you for returns and there is no restocking fee. However, all returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels still attached. Upon receiving the returned items, we will credit the payment method we have on file for you. Please note that this may take up to 10 working days to appear on your statement as cleared funds.

Please return any items to us within 14 days of the date of purchase. Just email us before sending us back the goods.

Faulty Goods

Please return it to us within 14 days of the date of purchase. Just email us stating what the fault is before sending us back the goods. Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels still attached.

If you request a refund, upon receiving the returned items, we will credit the payment method we have on file for you. Please note that this may take up to 10 working days to appear on your statement as cleared funds.

If you request a replacement, once we have received the returned goods we will despatch a replacement.

Who pays the postage on returned Items?

If you return an item, you will need to pay the postage costs to return it to us.

Please use recorded delivery or registered post to return items, as Neil Hartley Menswear cannot be held responsible for loss.

How quickly will Neil Hartley Menswear process the return?

Neil Hartley Menswear will aim to process your return in 2 working days.

What happens if Neil Hartley Menswear is out of stock of the replacement item?

Either:

Once we have received the returned goods we will refund you, by the method you used to pay for your order. This may take up to 10 working days to appear as cleared funds.

or:

You can choose to wait until the item is in stock at which point it will be despatched to you.

8. General

The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to any contract between us, so that no contractual rights are conferred on third parties.

Any contract between us shall incorporate these terms and conditions and be under English law. If there is any dispute, the English Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
